Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

- Must be able to write bids and pricing for NYC apr renovations.

- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct construction estimating and cost control
- Utilize software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam for project management
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

Skills:

- Strong project management skills in the construction industry
- Ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors and vendors
- Proficiency in construction estimating and utilizing tools like HeavyBid
- Experience in cost control and managing project budgets
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Ability to price projects accurately and competitively
- Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar software for project documentation
